**About the role**:
To manage the Bahrain Factory finance activities and ensure adequate internal controls are in place with respect to compliance with the company’s finance policies.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Analysis of material usage variance to understand wastage trend and enable production team to drive actions
- Compiling quality month end reports and doing an actionable analysis of the same
- Prepare costing for NPD's I EPD's and proper documentation of the same backed by appropriate calculations and assumptions
- Review of PPV by material and understanding the reasons for the same with Procurement team
- Assist in compiling detailed bottom-up plans / forecasts based on existing JDE BOM and latest prices from Procurement
- To carry out sourcing analysis with a view of profitably expanding the footprint of Factory

**The experience we're looking for**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience, preferably in a multinational FMCG
- Experience of delivering results through cross-functional working
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field
- Good understanding of financial concepts and global accounting standards
- Proven analytical, planning and problem-solving skills
