Outdoor Salesman Representative

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outdoor Salesman to represent our baked goods brand. The primary responsibility is to visit retail outlets, grocery stores, and markets, take orders, ensure shelves are well-stocked and organized, and maintain strong relationships with store managers. This role requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Order Management:

- Visit retail locations daily to take orders for baked goods and ensure fulfillment.
- Build relationships with store managers to secure shelf space and promote products.
- Negotiate orders and promotions to maximize sales.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

2. Merchandising and Stock Management:

- Ensure shelves are well-stocked, organized, and appealing
- Rotate stock for freshness and remove expired items.
- Display promotional materials to enhance visibility.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishments with the warehouse.

3. Market Analysis:

- Report on competitor activities, including pricing and promotions.
- Gather feedback to identify improvement opportunities.

4. Reporting:

- Submit daily sales reports and market insights to the Sales Manager.
- Communicate challenges and propose solutions.

5. Customer Service:

- Address customer inquiries professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- Promote the quality of our baked goods to retailers and consumers.

Pay: From BD350.000 per month
