**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Liaising with the landlord and managing a property team
- Attain one on one communication and problem-solving techniques when dealing with current tenants on policy issues
- Overseeing the maintenance of common areas such as lobbies, stairwells, hallways, and parking areas, and the overall condition of the property
- Coordinating with Landlord and contractors to complete repairs or renovations of damaged or outdated assets
- Preparing reports about building maintenance issues and updating maintenance schedules based on the findings
- Generating client leads to rent the commercial spaces
- Advertise available properties using a variety of media and promoting materials
- Coordinate with prospective clients to inform them about the property and offers tours to give a better view of the location
- Determine the needs, living standards and economic viability of prospect customers
- Negotiate leasing terms and conditions and close deals
- Preparing lease agreements for new tenants, renewing existing leases, and terminating leases when necessary
- Monitoring rental collections, documented, and reported to Landlord
- Provide information on all aspects of properties (expansion, zoning, crime etc)
- Developing a competitive market price by comparing nearby properties and Bahrain market
- Ensure proper maintenance and inspect properties periodically. Monitoring and enforcing the terms of all lease agreements
- Maintaining a monthly report of properties occupancy status and contracts - Maintaining an updated tenants details
- Reconciling contractor’s invoices and resolving unpaid invoices
- Carrying out routine property inspections
- Coordinate with prospective suppliers and existing suppliers
- Writing formal letters and notices to tenants
- Maintain good customer relationship with tenants

**Qualifications**:

- Education: University Gradute
- Experience: 5 years (or more) in Real Estate and Property Management
- Real Estae License

- Bachelor's (required)

- Property Administrator/Real Estate Manager: 3 years (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)
- Arabic (preferred)
