Security Guard

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Patrolling the hotel premises, maintaining security, and identifying and reporting fire hazards, safety violations.
- Respond promptly to emergency situations, coordinating with relevant departments and local authorities as needed.
- Conduct regular security patrols of the hotel premises, both inside and outside, to ensure safety and address any suspicious activities.
- Ensure the security systems, such as CCTV, alarms, and access controls, are functioning properly and maintained regularly.
- Prepare and maintain accurate incident reports, documenting security breaches, guest complaints, or safety hazards.
- Work closely with hotel management to assess risks and develop strategies to enhance the overall safety of the property.
- Foster a culture of safety awareness among hotel employees through regular training and communication on security policies.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication abilities to interact with guests, employees, and emergency personnel.
- Knowledge of fire safety, first aid, and emergency response procedures.
- Ability to stay calm and composed under pressure and during emergencies.
- Proficiency in security technology and reporting systems.

This role requires a detail-oriented individual who is committed to ensuring the safety and well-being of both guests and staff, while maintaining a secure and compliant environment within the hotel.

Pay: BD150.000 - BD180.000 per month
