Task and Responsibilities:
- To Provide wide range of support services & initiatives for CEO Office
- Adept in Technology, perform data entry, manage team calendars, and create company reports.
- Responsible and Key contact for CEO Office & to Maintain relationships between the CEO, the executives, and the employees.
- Coordinate and respond to all requests of internal & external CEO Office & Meetings.
- Recommend, process and make decisions as an administrative assistant, involving research, communications, correspondence, and office management.
- Interpret data, market research, database & formulate reports and recommendations.
- Maintaining an efficient work environment.
**Requirements**:
- **Gender**:Female
- **Qualification**:B.Sc. in Business Management, HR or relevant.
- Minimum 1 year of Experience
- Can join immediately or within one month.
- Bilingual (English and Arabic skills)
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Excellent organizational Skills.
- Detail Oriented and multitasker
- Able to use the computer efficiently
Pay: BD350.000 - BD450.000 per month
