**Key Purpose**
- The Senior Conference Producer is responsible for effectively and efficiently managing a portfolio of DMS events; overseeing the research, planning, organisation, and on-site speaker management and program flow coordination of industry-leading physical events and webinars. Exhibiting an eye for detail, business research acumen and project management skills; this role requires forming key relationships with clients and stakeholders as well as within the organisation to ensure the smooth execution of each event.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Produce a targeted number of business events, including conferences and webinars.
- Wide-ranging research to establish key industry talking points and to understand the event landscape.
- Oversee research to identify and invite participation from industry experts best suited to the topic of interest determined by management in consultation with clients and stakeholders.
- Identify and schedule meetings with C- and V-level executives to invite as keynote speakers or part of committees for events
- Manage conference team handling onsite operations and logistics for live events (potentially on an international basis), ensuring the smooth execution of events as well as networking with senior business leaders for future engagement and business.
- Oversee conference timelines including program flows, technical checks and rehearsals, video recording sessions where applicable and creating media content for webinars.
- Oversee multiple events managed by conference production team, implementing solutions where needed, and evaluating each completed event for areas of improvement.
- Manage development of content for mailshots that are timely and relevant to target audience.
- Implement delegate campaign plans.
- Accommodate occasional travel and work outside of normal business hours.

**Qualifications, Experience & Languages**

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications or related fields

**Experience**:

- 3-5 years of experience in commercial conference or event productions
- 3+ years of experience in executing well-attended webinars or online workshops
- Significant experience in hospitality and/or logistics is a bonus

**Languages**:

- High fluency in English, both oral and written
- Arabic is a definite plus but not required
- Fluency in additional languages will be beneficial
