As our **Videographer**, you’ll be at the forefront of our storytelling journey, transforming ideas into powerful visual content that amplifies our clients' brands. From concept development through to final editing, you’ll oversee every step of the video production process, ensuring that each piece of content aligns with our high standards of quality and impact. Here's what you'll do:
**Video Production (65%)**
- **Plan, shoot, and edit** high-quality video content for diverse platforms, including social media, websites, and advertising channels.
- Partner with creative and marketing teams to develop compelling video concepts that reflect the client’s brand and TCCA’s storytelling excellence.
- Handle and operate video equipment—cameras, lighting, audio gear—ensuring all tools are used to their maximum potential.
- Deliver each video project on time and ensure it meets TCCA’s standards of quality, creativity, and brand alignment.
**Equipment Maintenance & Inventory Management (10%)**
- Maintain and organize video equipment, keeping everything in top working condition to prevent interruptions during shoots.
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and handle repairs or upgrades as needed, keeping our gear up-to-date and ready for any creative challenge.
- Manage equipment inventory, tracking usage, and ensuring we’re always equipped to produce outstanding content.
**Post-Production (25%)**
- Edit raw footage into polished final products, enhancing videos with music, voiceovers, effects, and TCCA’s unique visual style.
- Retouch and color-grade footage, bringing our brand’s aesthetic to life and ensuring every piece feels cohesive and visually impactful.
- Archive and organize video assets for future use, creating a streamlined library of content that’s accessible and ready to inspire.
**Your Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**:
- **Quality & Creativity**: Produce content that aligns with TCCA’s standards and receives positive engagement and feedback.
- **Timely Delivery**: Complete projects within agreed deadlines, ensuring consistency and reliability.
- **Project Management**: Efficiently juggle multiple projects without compromising quality, maintaining TCCA’s high standards.
- **Equipment Readiness**: Maintain all video gear in top condition, minimizing technical issues and downtime.
- **Stakeholder Feedback**: Receive positive feedback on content alignment with brand and client goals.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a videographer in a creative environment.
- Proficiency with video editing software (e.g., Davinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro).
- Strong understanding of video production techniques (lighting, sound, composition).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Pay: BD350.000 - BD650.000 per month
