**Join Our Team: Female Physiotherapist (NHRA Licensed)**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Patient Assessments**: Conduct thorough evaluations of patients’ physical conditions, assessing strength, flexibility, posture, and movement to ensure accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.
- **Personalized Treatment Plans**: Develop customized, evidence-based treatment programs that align with the specific needs of each patient.
- **Therapeutic Interventions**: Provide hands-on manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and integrate advanced, emerging physiotherapy techniques and modalities to promote healing and mobility.
- **Progress Monitoring**: Regularly evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure continuous improvement.
- **Patient Education**: Educate patients on injury prevention, rehabilitation techniques, and lifestyle changes to promote long-term health and recovery.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work alongside physicians, surgeons, and other healthcare providers to offer coordinated care and effective treatment plans.
- **Documentation**: Maintain comprehensive and accurate patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations and internal standards.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
- **Licensing**: Valid NHRA (National Health Regulatory Authority) license to practice physiotherapy in Bahrain.
- **Experience**: Clinical experience, with preference for expertise in musculoskeletal, neurological, or sports rehabilitation. Experience in utilizing new and advanced physiotherapy techniques is highly desirable.
- **Communication**: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
- **Professionalism**: A commitment to maintaining the highest standards of patient care, confidentiality, and ethical practice.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: BD500.000 - BD700.000 per month
