The Incumbent is responsible for the following tasks:
Product Inspection and Machine Operation
- Conducts variable and attribute inspection of the product characteristics in accordance with the quality control procedure.
- Regularly monitors the physical values and compares actual production values with set values (manufacturing target parameters) and initiates necessary containment action and correction/improvement.
- Coordinates with the Production Shift Leader on issues related to product quality and ensures that customer requirements are met.
- Holds, downgrades, and rejects any product that does not meet the standards of quality defined in the manufacturing specifications.
- Monitors/checks labeling of tubes and packaging.
- Ensures the proper operation and the daily routine maintenance of assigned machine/s and equipment.
- Report any abnormality in the Printer, CTL, and QC laboratory equipment.
- Practice good housekeeping in areas of operation.

Reporting
- Prepares QC Inspection Reports and updates SAP working self-inspection showing the amount and nature of rejects, total good (nominal/actual) product, hold, and rejection for compliance with effective quality assurance practice.
- Prepares the Daily Output Monitoring, Hold Item Monitoring, Shrinkage Monitoring in a timely manner.
- Report any abnormality in the Printer, CTL, and QC laboratory equipment.
- Report cases of safety incidents and property damage.
- Documents all necessary information in reports.

Communication
- Assigns tasks, briefs and organizes packer of products’ works.
- Processes information from related departments and provides QC-related information.
- Informs the Shift Leader, line/extruder operator immediately when deviations/scrap occur.

Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)
- Observes safe working procedures in the area of responsibility in accordance with the organization’s HSE objectives.
- Maintains proper use and care of equipment and advises the immediate superior when testing deviates from the norm.

5) WAM
- Actively complete tasks for WAM activities & utilize WAM tools for improvement.

6) Other
- Any other assigned job related to operation and management requirements.
