Rigging Supervisor

*Job Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Rig Manager to oversee operations and ensure the efficient functioning of our rig equipment. This role is crucial for maintaining safety standards and optimizing performance in a dynamic work environment. *Responsibilities* - Supervise daily operations of rig equipment and ensure compliance with safety regulations. - Maintain and repair rig machinery using hand tools, power tools, and ohmmeters. - Fabricate parts as necessary to ensure the rig is operational at all times. - Conduct regular inspections and maintenance on vehicles and equipment to prevent downtime. - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and concerns promptly. - Lead a team of technicians, providing guidance and training as needed. - Perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with rig operations. - Document maintenance activities and report any issues to upper management. *Experience* - Proven experience in rig management or a related field is preferred. - Strong mechanical skills with experience in vehicle maintenance and repair. - Familiarity with operating power tools, hand tools, and diagnostic equipment such as ohmmeters. - Ability to perform heavy lifting and work in physically demanding conditions. - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members. - Previous experience in a supervisory role is an advantage but not mandatory.
