**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the reception area, including managing guest inquiries, reservations, and check-ins/check-outs.
- Train, mentor, and supervise reception staff to ensure they deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to streamline front desk operations and enhance guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and guest information.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate guest services and special events.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including scheduling, inventory management, and report generation.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably in hospitality or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership abilities with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Proficiency in computer software such as MS Office and hotel management systems.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Knowledge of golf or a passion for the sport is a plus.
