Cad Drafter

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Site Visits & Measurements**:

- Conduct on-site visits to take accurate dimensions of spaces.
- Ensure all site measurements are detailed and recorded effectively for use in design plans.
- **Technical Drawings & Design**:

- Produce detailed 2D and 3D drawings using **AutoCAD**, **Revit**, and **3Ds Max** software.
- Translate design concepts into working technical drawings.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and local building codes in all drawings.
- Collaborate closely with interior designers to convert ideas into clear technical plans.
- **Project Coordination**:

- Assist in the preparation of design presentations and materials.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors when necessary.
- Update and revise drawings based on feedback and changes throughout the project lifecycle.

**Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in **AutoCAD**, **Revit**, and **3Ds Max** is essential.
- Strong understanding of architectural and interior design principles.
- Previous experience in site surveying and taking accurate measurements.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a design team.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of local building regulations and standards is a plus.
- **University degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, or a relevant field**.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or degree in Drafting, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience as a draftsman, preferably in an interior design or architecture firm.
- Valid driver’s license for site visits.
