- Responsible for all HR Admin duties such as Payroll, Attendance,LMRA, TAMKIN Support etc.
- Perform duties such as job descriptions, job posting and promotion and hiring analytics

- Plan and implement training and development programs
- Assist in performance management and employee evaluation
- Maintaining employee records and paperwork
- Experience & Academic Qualification:

- Minimum Diploma preferable in HR
- Minimum 4 years’ experience as HR Officer or Executive

**Skills**:Good Communication/interpersonal skills
Good English Language
Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
PC Literate
Able to multitask, prioritise, and manage time efficiently
Goal-oriented, organised team player
Creative problem solver who thrives when presented with a challenge

Pay: BD400.000 - BD450.000 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sitra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
