Well established cheese factory in Bahrain ( Specialized in Italian cheese) is looking for a cheese maker to join the business ,,
- Following safety procedures to protect against exposure to allergens or bacteria that may be present in raw milk or cheese cultures
- Monitoring the temperature of cheese vats to ensure that it does not exceed the maximum temperature for the type of cheese being produced
- Responsible for the production of cheese and other dairy products
- Monitoring the pH levels of cheese vats to ensure that they are within the range that will produce high quality cheese
- Skills in using combination of science, technology, and craftsmanship to transform milk into a wide variety of cheeses with distinct flavors, textures, and appearances.
