We are looking for cad draughsmans on a project basis approach.
**Responsibilities**:
Creating IFC packages based on a given Layouts&Renders, including
- Partition Layouts
- Ceiling & Rcp Layouts
- Flooring&tiling Layouts
- Interior Sections & Elevations
- Detail Sheets
- Joinery&Fixed Furniture Details
- Shopdrawings
**Qualifications**:
- Advanced Autocad skills, (dimensioning, layer structures, sheet preperation, layouts, clean drawing...) is a must.
- At least 4 years of experience in interior fit out projects and familiarity project delivery standarts.
- Well detail&material knowledge about interior finishes is a plus
Recruitment will be done on a project basis, therefore pricing can varies depending on the scope of work.
