Nurse

We are currently seeking a highly skilled nurse to join our esteemed health center. Our distinguished aesthetic center is renowned for providing meticulous care to our discerning clientele.
- Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform aesthetic procedures and treatments.
- Ensure effective patient care through the implementation of established clinical practice standards, standardized procedures, written and oral treatment protocols, and training.
- Act in accordance with Health Centre policies, standardized procedures, mission and vision.
- Know the basic before-and-after photography setting for patient photos.

Educate patients of the service procedure and its benefits, pre
- & post-care, using good judgement.
- Maintaining hygienic and safe working environment in compliance with the NHRA procedures.
- Assisting the doctor, operate medical equipment needed for the procedure.

Provide informative and great treatment experiences that results in increased & positive reviews and re-bookings.
- Act in accordance with medical standards/policies and NHRA Accreditation and Diamond Plus Canada Accreditation guidelines.
- Follow Health Centre policies and guidelines; experience with Capsule-Compliance software (appointment booking, before/after photos, patient data, clinical notes, etc) is ideal.
- Maintaining nursing notes in Capsule for patients’ medical histories, and monitoring changes in their condition after a treatment.
- Performs patient assessment that include taking medical history, explaining risks and benefits, and obtaining signed consents for procedures.
- Demonstrate proficient knowledge of skin and underlying skin structures.

Maintain a clean procedure room in accordance with NHRA requirements. When assisting, notify the doctor when you are leaving the patient care area, or when a patient will be out of treatment room for any reason.
- Create the patient's invoice every after the treatment and notify the receptionist to proceed for payment.
- Participate in regularly scheduled quality assurance meetings to ensure the highest quality standards of patient care.

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing A state-issued NHRA License is required, voluntary certification is available.
Interpersonal, communication and critical-thinking skills, compassion, attention to detail, physical stamina.
0-1+ years of experience with medical treatment and skin laser therapy is preferred.

**Salary**: BD400.000 - BD500.000 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Riffa: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Nursing: 2 years (preferred)
