- Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with the project specifications and quality standards.
- *Safety and Compliance*:

- Ensure all site activities comply with safety regulations and company policies.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
- Ensure that workers use personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow safety procedures.
- *Coordination and Communication*:

- Coordinate with the project manager, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Communicate project progress, issues, and delays to the project manager.
- Organize and attend site meetings as required.
- *Resource Management*:

- Manage the allocation and use of materials, tools, and equipment on-site.
