Job Responsibilities:
1. Efficient handling of the complete function of accounting for the real estates
- Review and prepare rental fees based on the agreed rates and bill tenants on time.
- Ensure that all receipts of rental fee are deposited on time.
- Arrange letting out of vacant properties at good rates and increase these when and where possible.
- Take necessary action against defaulting tenants.
- Ensure that all tenants complaints are properly handled and solved within specified period.
- Monitor the proper coordination of all utility labor to accurately accomplish their job on time, and report.
- Make sure that all company vehicles are in good running condition at all times.
- Prepare financial date and update with proper supporting documents of the said financial data.
- Assist in the preparation of audit documents for external auditors.
- Ahead of time the expiry of contracts and ensure property when vacated is rented out quickly to another party after the necessary maintenance/improvement works have been properly undertaken in time.
- Servicing and maintenance of all air-conditioners, lifts, auto doors, fax machines, copier, and all other office and pantry equipment except computers, printers and telephones.
- Ensure vehicle insurance renewals and annual passing before the registration expiry and ensure documents are safely kept in each and every vehicle.
- Arrange transportation requirements of employees and guests and ensure the cleanliness of vehicles at all times.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or Commerce
- Must have experience in Real Estate or Property Management Industry
- Must have at least 5 years experience in the same field

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sitra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Property Management / Real Estate: 5 years (preferred)
