Finishing Carpenter

**Responsibilities**:
1. Finish Carpentry:

- Install and finish trim, molding, baseboards, and other decorative elements.
- Construct and install cabinetry, shelving, and built-in furniture.
- Fit and install doors, windows, and hardware with precision and accuracy.

2. Precision Work:

- Measure, cut, and shape materials using hand and power tools to ensure precise fits and finishes.
- Pay close attention to detail, ensuring all finished work meets quality standards and specifications.

3. Material Selection & Procurement:

- Select appropriate materials for finishing work, considering aesthetics, durability, and budget.
- Estimate material quantities and costs, and procure materials as needed to complete projects.

4. Collaboration & Communication:

- Coordinate with project managers, designers, and other tradespeople to ensure seamless integration of finishing work into overall construction projects.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to provide progress updates and address any issues or concerns.

5. Safety & Compliance:

- Adhere to safety protocols and practices to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and others.
- Comply with building codes and regulations applicable to finishing carpentry work.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a finishing carpenter, with a strong portfolio showcasing your craftsmanship.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools commonly used in carpentry work.
- Excellent knowledge of carpentry techniques, materials, and finishing methods.
- Ability to interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
- Good physical condition and stamina to perform tasks requiring manual labor and lifting.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
