Mechanical Engineer

**Job purpose**

Managing a product vertical, Making sales to new customers and maintaining a relationship with DMS Global existing Mechanical related customers by providing product and service information, training, obtaining client feedback, and or handling renewals.

Identifying current market trends in Mechanical Engineering

**Duties and responsibilities**

Below are the job responsibilities for the Account Manager, however, the job is not solely limited to the following:

- Building long term relationships with existing clients
- Making new sales for the DMS business lines - Projects, Events and any new DMS Products or Platforms.
- Handling renewals
- Provide clients with face to face training or product details on the phone.
- Obtaining client feedback, and put it in action
- Handling client concerns
- Providing analysis and reports
- Coordinating with clients on deliverables.
- Gathering and coordinating the uploading of information on DMS Platforms.
- Manage the overview of industry standards and product templates for the Account Manager its vertical.
- Interaction with End Users and EPCs

**Educational Requirements**

Educational Qualifications must include:

- Mechanical Engineering Bachelor’s degree (required).
- Bachelor’s degree (preferable), preferably in Marketing or International studies
- Customer Service Certifications (preferable)

**Specialized Knowledge**
- At least 2-3 years operational experience in Mechanical Engineering
- Some experience in Customer Service or Client Managing or in sales of Events or project databases or related fields.
- Knowledge of all DMS Global Products, Services and procedure (On job training will be provided)

**Salary**: BD600.000 per month
