Substitute Teacher

**1.**Take daily attendance in accordance with school procedures.

**3.**Teach the lesson as provided.

**4.**Students may only leave the classroom one at a time and with a hall pass.

**5.**Ensure students are on-task.

**6.**Maintain a neat and orderly classroom.

**7.**Report any questionable situation to the lead teacher.

**8.**Leave notes for the classroom teachers on highlights of each learning.

**9.**Continuous observation of student to help them with their learning.

Responsible for

**1.**For Classroom-management

**2.**For the Well-being and safety of the students

**3.**To implement the lesson provided. If no lesson is provided then the substitute will approach the lead teacher for a day plan.

**10.**In multiple day substitute situations of the same classroom, ensure continuity of lessons, completed work, implement some assessment strategies.

**11.**If limited work is available work on basic literacy and numeracy skills.
