**About Client**:
Leading interior Fitout company in Bahrain, specializing in residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. Our commitment to delivering high-quality Fitout works and exceptional client service sets us apart in the industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- Review and understand interior design drawings and specifications
- Develop detailed production plans and schedules for each project
- Coordinate with the design team to ensure that design intent is maintained throughout the production process
- Coordinate with procurement team to ensure the timely delivery of materials and products
- Assign duties and responsibilities to the production team, and monitor the progress of work
- Understand and implement quality control measures to ensure high standards are met
- Monitor and report project progress to the senior management team
- Ability to manage and motivate teams to achieve results
- Strong knowledge of fit out technology, materials, finishes, and fixtures

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Interior Design or related field, Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office Suite
- Minimum experience of 3 to 5 years

Pay: BD300.000 - BD350.000 per month
