Plant Supervisor

**Qualification & Education Requirements**:

- Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering & with experience of working in Asphalt plants
- To be qualified to carry out the operation in adherence to company standards

**Skills/Personal Traits**:

- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and assignments
- Self-motivated

**Responsibilities**:

- Overall supervision of the fixed asphalt plants operations which includes mechanical and electrical maintenance.
- Ensure the plant is always running to its expected capacity and in line with the manufacturing and production program.
- Modification of plant machines when necessary.
- Complete plant inspections with maintenance reports in line with company maintenance inspection frequencies.
- Ensure critical spares and normal consumables are available or in stock.
- Modification of tools, gear to improve throughput and process control
- Oversee and manage all electrical and mechanical trouble shooting of the plant.
- To organize and coordinate the periodical testing of mechanical and electrical Installations of the plant.
- To coordinate with EWA for any power shutdowns and maintenances.
- Procurement experience of spare parts available in the local & international market.
- May operate a variety of hand and power tools as well as some equipment.
- Must be able to meet all safety requirements and applicable safety policies.

- Supervise the operation of the plant and schedule periodic maintenance of the asphalt plant to ensure the effective and efficient management of the plant.
- Monitor the asphalt mix to ensure that it meets the established specifications and quality.
- Support the Production Manager with daily and monthly stock control.
- Perform any other related duties as required by Supervisor or any other senior officer in order to contribute to the effectiveness and efficiency of the Department.

- Salmabad: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
