Our client is one of the well-known malls in Bahrain, they are currently looking to hire a **Receptionist / Secretary**

**Job Purpose**:

- The position is responsible to manage effecvtively the reception area of the office in order to create a positive impression of the mall’s image.
- ensuring that all visitors and clients are treated courteously, and all telephone calls are answered professionally and promptly.
- responsible for organizing meetings and handling meeting room schedules accurately and promptly on a daily basis.
- A minimum of a high school degree, diploma, or equivalent degree.
- At least 1 - 2 years of work experience in handling office reception area and general administration activities in reputed organizations in similar roles.
- Proficiency in the English language is a must (written & spoken), a secondary language (Arabic) is preferred.

**Job Qualifications**:

- Good communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Customer oriented with a positive attitude.

**Key Tasks**:

- Teat incoming visitors to the office courteously and inform the relevant staff of their arrival promptly.
- Provide customers with general information if necessary, such as working hours, names/designs/location of relevant managers, etc.
- allocate and book meeting rooms for employees when requested.
- Receive requests from secretaries for meeting room booking and reply back with a confirmation on room number
- Receive and dispatch the courier mall in an efficient manner.
- Receive and record incoming documents and parcels in a logbook and ensure that they are delivered to the concerned staff in a timely manner.
- Responsible for dispatching documents and parcels through courier.
- Organize mall sent by post and ensure to maintain a logbook for record purposes.

**Salary**: BD400.000 - BD550.000 per month
