Minimum 3-5 years experience as an IT technician or IT Helpdesk executive
- Experienced in Troubleshooting hardware and software for PCs & Peripherals
- Should have knowledge about Joining workstations to Domain.
- Should be able to install and configure Network devices such as Printers, Scanners, Barcode devices in the network
- Experienced in Migration/Upgrade of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office
- Backup and Restore mechanisms as required by users
- Troubleshooting the Time attendance recording devices and resolving the issues
- Hardware peripherals upgrades and replacements
- Fine-tuning the Hardware performance using Firmware updates
- Strong communication skills for handling user calls.
- Good written skills for logging in Incident and updating the troubleshooting logs
- Ability to identify the issue on the call and solve it remotely
- Physical ability to unpack and install a New PC
- Ability to travel within the regional work area is required
- Driving license with Car preferred
