### Job Title: Planning and Documentation Engineer

### Job Summary:
### Responsibilities:
1. **Project Planning**:
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, resource requirements, and budgets.
- Collaborate with project managers to identify project milestones and deliverables.
- Ensure that project plans align with company objectives and client requirements.
2. **Documentation**:
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including reports, meeting minutes, and project status updates.
- Ensure all project-related documents are accurately recorded and archived in the company's document management system.
- Prepare and submit documentation for regulatory compliance and client approval.
3. **Scheduling**:
- Coordinate project schedules and ensure that all deadlines are met.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to keep projects on track.
- Communicate schedule changes and updates to all relevant stakeholders.
4. **Risk Management**:
- Identify and assess potential project risks, and develop contingency plans to mitigate these risks.
- Document and track risk management strategies and their effectiveness.
5. **Communication**:
- Serve as a liaison between the project team, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Facilitate effective communication to ensure that all parties are informed and aligned on project status and plans.
### Qualifications:
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Proven experience (3-5 years) in a similar role, preferably within the interior design or construction industry.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project), document management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- **Organizational Skills**: Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- **Teamwork**: Ability to work collaboratively within a team and with external stakeholders.
