**Scope of the Role**:
Supports the Operation and Brand Manager in all aspects of training. Communicates training priorities to Operations Manager / Brand Manager.
**Accountabilities & Responsibilities**:
**Training & Development**:
- Conducts presentations related to the Brand
- Desired Competencies for position
- Conducts/develops modules for new employees and for on-going development
- _Assists in identification of Certified Training Stores_
**Management Development**:
- _Conducts Brand orientations for new employees_
- _MIT evaluation follow up / progress_
- _Work at least 1 “Open” shift with an MIT during training_
- _Tracks feedback & MIT program development_
- _Develops modules for management development_
- _Conduct certifications_
- _RGM Development Handbook_
- _Teaches and updates ServSafe classes / database on renewals_
- _Assists with GM and Asst. Manager conferences_
- _Develops & delivers modules for managers (ie: RGM, RSM )_
- _Receives all complaints for the Brand_
- _Management interviews when necessary_
**Employee Development**:
- _Conducts Trainer Certifications when needed_
- _Develops & assists new Managers._
- _Assists with Team Leader conference_
- _Maintains Trainer Status._
**Openings**:
- _Assists with preparation of team lists for openings_
- _Assesses performance of Team Leaders - give evaluations_
- _Develops and prepares trainers for opening_
- _Performs duties as needed in the operations_
- _Gives “First Timers” meetings and reviews Culture Test before an opening_
- _Assist Ops Manager in interviewing & sign off for new team members_
