On behalf on our VIP client in Manama who owns a luxurious welness clinic, we are hiring:
**Position: Family Doctor**
**Department: Clinical**
**Reports to: Medical Director**

**Job Summary**:
The Family Doctor is a licensed physician specializing in family medicine, providing comprehensive healthcare to patients of all ages. As a Family Doctor, you will develop long-term relationships with patients and their families, delivering personalized care, and preventive medicine and managing acute and chronic illnesses.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct comprehensive medical assessments, including physical examinations and detailed medical histories, to diagnose and treat patients across various age groups.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, incorporating preventive measures, lifestyle modifications, and evidence-based medical interventions.
- Prescribe medications, therapies, and referrals to specialists as needed, ensuring optimal patient care.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including laboratory investigations, imaging studies, and genetic screenings, to aid in diagnosis and treatment decisions.
- Provide counseling and education to patients and their families on disease prevention, health promotion, and management of chronic conditions.
- Coordinate and collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as nurses, allied health providers, and specialists, to ensure holistic and continuous care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records, documenting patient visits, diagnoses, treatments, and follow-up plans.
- Stay abreast of the latest medical research, guidelines, and advancements relevant to family medicine.
- Engage in ongoing professional development activities, including attending conferences, workshops, and educational programs, to enhance knowledge and skills.
- Adhere to the ethical and professional standards set by the College of Physicians and Surgeons, ensuring patient confidentiality, informed consent, and respectful patient interactions.

**Qualifications**:

- Medical degree from an accredited medical school.
- Completion of a residency program in family medicine.
- Current and valid license to practice medicine in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
- Membership in good standing with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Bahrain.
- Strong clinical acumen and ability to manage diverse patient populations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Exemplary ethical and professional conduct.

**Salary: open to negotiation**

**Availability: ASAP**
