- **Sales** **Process** **Management**: Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to project acquisition, including preparing and presenting proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
- **Market** **Research**: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities for growth.
- **Networking**: Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to generate leads and build a robust client base.
- **Project** **Coordination**: Collaborate with the project management and construction teams to ensure client requirements are clearly communicated and met.
- **Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and project progress. Provide regular updates and reports to management.
- **Customer** **Service**: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing client concerns and providing timely, professional support.
**Experience**: Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience in the construction industry, with a proven track record of securing projects and managing leads. **Knowledge**: Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and market trends. **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively. **Negotiation** **Skills**: Demonstrated ability to negotiate contracts and close deals effectively. **Networking Ability**: Strong networking skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with industry professionals. **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
