**Main Objectives**

Carries out various clerical duties related to all stores on assigned shift. Includes preparing uplift item to be transferred and handed over to catering operations. Issues items against properly completed and authorized requisition forms and issues ready full/uplift airline standards. Prepares airlines charges summary and enters data in catering system. Receives delivery of fresh items during shift and ensures that stores stocks are kept in proper location.

**Main Duties**
- Carries out various clerical duties related, to all catering supply stores. Includes preparing uplift items according to the Airlines standard and instructions.
- Prepare charges notes as per the replenishment they require, and posts the information through the catering system to Accounts for further action.
- Issues items to various sections against appropriately authorized requisition. Includes ensuring correct items are issued with valid date and obtaining recipients signature. Records all issues, flight number for each item in order to control issuance.
- Liaises with the concerned for the provision of items as per supervisor instruction in case items shortage during the shifts to meet customer requirement.
- Store Clerk is required to leave the catering supply facility and drive the Company car to collect urgent items required late night or whenever required.
- Ensures that Stores Stock items are kept in their proper locations, for easy identification and to facilitate issues, and regular stock count.
- Receive items from local suppliers and check the quantity, specification, production/expiry date, condition and store the items in their proper location according to item nature.
- Segregate and organize the delivery notes/invoices and assist in entering the good receipt in the system.
- Carries out other similar or related duties.
- Comply with the Company and Airport authorities’ health, safety, and security regulations.

**Minimum Requirements**
- Completion of secondary (12 years) education.
- 3 years’ experience in Stores.
- Fair knowledge of written and spoken English
- Valid light duty driving license.
