A leading Company in the kingdom of Bahrain seeks to employ Receptionist/ Front Office
**Job Description**:
- Greeting and assisting of clients/ visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Direct persons to correct destination
- Direct phone inquiries to the appropriate staff members
- Maintain the reception area neat and tidy
- Perform other clerical front office duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, faxing etc.
- Prepare the minutes of meetings
- Perform other duties as assigned.
**Requirements**:
- Good personality with a presentable look and must have a good level of hospitality.
- Should have a very good level of verbal and written communication skills in English language.
- Should have a good customer service attitude and should have the ability to help the team to
perform their tasks and duties.
**Salary**: From BD150.000 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Juffair: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Receptionist: 2 years (required)
