**Position: Barista**

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, lattes, cappuccinos, and specialty drinks, according to established recipes and standards
- Ensure consistent quality in every cup by properly calibrating equipment, monitoring brewing parameters, and practicing latte art techniques
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide friendly and efficient service
- Educate customers about our coffee offerings, brewing methods, and seasonal specials
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the coffee preparation area, including equipment maintenance and sanitization
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations and uphold our commitment to excellence

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role preferred
- Strong knowledge of coffee types, origins, and preparation methods
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays

**Position: Waiter/Waitress**

**Responsibilities**:

- Welcome guests warmly as they arrive, escort them to the counter and their tables, and provide menus
- Ensure timely and efficient service by monitoring table.
- Anticipate and fulfill guests' needs throughout their dining experience, including refilling drinks, clearing plates, and offering dessert or additional items
- Collaborate closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth communication and delivery of orders
- Process payments accurately and efficiently, handle cash and credit transactions, and reconcile checks
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, including resetting tables and restocking supplies as needed
- Uphold high standards of food safety, sanitation, and hygiene at all times

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in a similar customer service role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a positive and professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment, particularly during busy periods
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to every guest
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Knowledge of basic food and beverage terminology.
