Job Responsibilities:

- Verify and collect customer premium payments and issue receipts,
- Prepare daily collection summary and arrange daily banking,
- Allocate customer payment to their account on a daily basis,
- Analyze and prepare client money payment to Insurers,
- Verify debit notes for their accuracy of accounting entries,
- Verify and record invoices of suppliers and process vendor payments,
- Prepare, analyze and send Insurer statement of accounts to all the insurance companies on a monthly basis,
- Handling and responding quarries pertaining to customer accounts from Insurance Companies, Customers, Sales team and Technical team,
- Secures system information by completing data base backups,
- Preparation of Insurer Reconciliation Statements,
- Ensure compliance to internal controls, company policies and regulatory requirements,
- Prepare financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing accounting information,
- Recording financial transactions (Non-Operational DN/CN and JVs) in accounting system,
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree related areas Accounting and Finance, MIS or equivalent
- Minimum 5 total years experience in accounting field and at least 2 years in financial industry.
- Must be well versed with MS-office products
- Skilled in reporting with accurate details and adherence to deadlines.
- Excellent in time management, data entry, and confidentiality.
