Salesman Specialized in Coffee Machines

Key Responsibilities:

- Actively promote and sell coffee machines and accessories to customers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Provide in-depth product knowledge and demonstrations to educate customers on the features and benefits of various coffee machines and accessories.
- Assist customers in selecting the right products based on their requirements and preferences.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the checkout counter.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new product launches, and competitor offerings.
- Collaborate with the team to create a welcoming and engaging store environment.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and effectively.
- Participate in promotional events and activities to boost sales and brand awareness.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in sales or customer service is a plus.
- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in the coffee or kitchen appliance industry.
- Passion for coffee and knowledge of coffee machines and accessories is highly desirable.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: BD160.000 - BD220.000 per month
