**Job Summary**

Completes engineering projects by organizing and controlling project elements Speacily in the field of **Sewerage & Drainage**.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Assist in developing project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans; conferring with Project Engineer, Project Manager and Management.
- Determines project responsibilities by identifying project phases and elements; assigning personnel to phases and elements; reviewing bids from contractors.
- Determines project specifications by studying product design, customer requirements, and performance standards; completing technical studies; preparing cost estimates.
- Confirms product performance by designing and conducting tests.
- Determines project schedule by studying project plan and specifications; calculating time requirements; sequencing project elements.
- Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems.
- Controls project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan and schedule changes; recommending actions.
- Controls project costs by obtaining approvals of expenditures; administering contractor contracts.
- Prepares project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends; recommending actions.
- Maintains safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Maintains project data base by writing computer programs; entering and backing up data.
- Maintains product and company reputation by complying with Government regulations.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and computer-generated reports.
- Confer with engineers and other personnel to implement operating procedures, resolve system malfunctions, and provide technical information.
- Specify system components or direct modification of products to ensure conformance with engineering design and performance specifications.
- Investigate equipment failures and difficulties to diagnose faulty operation, and to make recommendations to maintenance crew.
- Assist drafters in developing the structural design of products, using drafting tools or computer-assisted design/drafting equipment and software.
- Provide feedback to design engineers on customer problems and needs.
- Oversee installation, operation, maintenance, and repair to ensure that machines and equipment are installed and functioning according to specifications.
- Conduct research that tests and analyzes the feasibility, design, operation and performance of equipment, components and systems.
- Recommend design modifications to eliminate machine or system malfunctions.
- Develop, coordinate, and monitor all aspects of production, including selection of manufacturing methods, fabrication, and operation of product designs.

**Relationship**
- Report to Project Engineer/ Project Manager

**Education & Experience**
- A Bachelor of Science in Civil Control Engineering with 0-2 years of experience in the Site engineering filed and the Sewerage & Drainage matters, A good site Engineer should have excellent project management skills, effective leadership, technical competence, creativity, and communication. The most important skill they should have is the ability to problem-solve as the projects worked on can be complex, and they are involved in every stage.

**Skill & Competencies**
- Estimate costs and submit bids for engineering, construction, or extraction projects, and prepare contract documents.
- Perform personnel functions, such as supervision of production workers, technicians, technologists and other engineers, and design of evaluation programs.
- Solicit new business and provide technical customer service.
- Establish and coordinate the maintenance and safety procedures, service schedule, and supply of materials required to maintain machines and equipment in the prescribed condition.
- Write performance requirements for product development or engineering projects.
- Design test control apparatus and equipment and develop procedures for testing products, consumables, tools and manpower allocations related to works. Well versed in interpreting and executing engineering related drawings. With strong leadership skills.
