Landscape Supervisor

**Job Requirements**
- Education: Diploma in Horticulture
- Experience: minimum of 4 years in the agricultre or horticulture field.
- Nationality: Must be Bahraini

**Job Purpose**

To supervise and make sure all landscape activities carried out according to given plans and drawings.

**Job Knowledge and Skills**

- Ability to execute projects as per given instructions
- Ability to execute irrigation projects as per given instructions
- Team management
- Can prepare daily activities reports
- Familiar with safety rules
- Ability to communicate with customers professionally

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversees the scheduling of work routes to ensure all clients are serviced in a timely manner.
- Oversees and assists with the maintenance of client property which includes mulching, shrub pruning, and weed and debris control of flower beds.
- Supervises seasonal annual planting and designing of annual flower beds.
- Cares for established lawns by mulching, aerating, weeding, grubbing, removing thatch, or trimming or edging around flower beds, walks or walls.
- Maintains and repairs tools, equipment and structures, such as buildings, greenhouses, fences, and benches, using hand or power tools.
- Supervises 1-2 landscape crew members to ensure proper completion of tasks.
- Provides horticulture improvement recommendations to client properties.
- Provides proper upkeep of sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, fountains, planters, burial sites and other ground features.
- Develops and maintains excellent customer service with current and potential clients.
- Assists with snow removal, when necessary.
- Performs additional duties as assigned by the Operations Manager.
- Supervise landscape team of permanent and seasonal employees and maintained award-winning landscapes on apartment communities.
- Diagnose and fix problems with flowers in beds and planters.
- Providing support and leadership to workers to achieve the project goals and targets.
- Appraisal of working crew to assess their performance and recommending the required changes in the working style or equipment used to enhance the proficiency of the workers.
- Responsible for coordination with managers and supervisors in other departments involved in the project.
- Required to set the standardized rules and regulations to ensure best performance by workers.
- Setting up rules and work standards so as to ensure safety of the workers at the work place.
- Constructing and landscape designing work, but maintenance of lawns, gardens, and other architectural pieces related with their project etc. also come under their work responsibilities.
- Maintaining the inventory and placing the orders for required material and equipment for the project work.
