**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare shisha as per customer requests, ensuring the highest quality of taste and presentation.
- Understand and mix various tobacco flavors to create unique blends.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the shisha preparation and serving areas.
- Provide recommendations and guidance to customers regarding shisha selections.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Manage inventory and supplies related to shisha preparation.
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure timely and efficient service.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Shisha Maker, preferably in a busy restaurant or lounge.
- Knowledge of different types of shisha and tobacco flavors.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality or related field is beneficial.
