Freelance Odoo Technical Expert

We are seeking an _**experienced Odoo Technical Expert**_ to support in configuring, customizing, and optimizing Odoo ERP to meet our business needs. This role is ideal for a technically skilled freelance professional with a strong background in Odoo configuration and coding.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Customize Odoo modules and workflows according to company requirements
- Configure, optimize, and troubleshoot Odoo to ensure smooth performance and functionality
- Provide technical guidance to our team on best practices and usage
- Develop custom reports, dashboards, and tools within the Odoo framework

**Requirements**:

- **Proven experience in Odoo configuration and technical development**:

- **Strong coding skills in Python** and familiarity with Odoo's technical stack
- **Experience with Odoo customization, integration, and deployment** for end-to-end business processes
- **Problem-solving skills and attention to detail** with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently
- **Knowledge of SQL and database management** to support data integrity and migrations

**Additional Skills**:

- Experience in FMCG industry is a plus.
- Strong communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
