Monitor and manage inventory of ingredients to minimize waste and ensure freshness.

**Recipe Development**:Contribute to the development of new and exciting Continental dishes.
Collaborate with the Head Chef to create seasonal menus.

**Kitchen Hygiene and Food Safety**:Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace.

**Team Collaboration**:Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
Communicate effectively with servers and other team members.

**Quality Control**:Conduct regular taste tests and inspections to maintain the highest quality standards.
Address and resolve any issues related to food quality.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Continental Cook or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of Continental cuisine and cooking techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and creativity.
- Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus.
