Job Requirements     

Overall responsibility for creating and implementing the company's marketing, communications strategies, including internal and external communications, in accordance with the Company's strategy and business objectives. This includes oversight of all strategic communications with external audiences, working closely with every business / operational team to identify and maximize opportunities to bring the Company's mission and achievements to life. The role holder will achieve it through a diverse mix of marketing, advertising and media campaigns using full range of traditional and digital tools available. The department will serve as the brand guardian for the organization and develop and implement communications policies according to best practices.

Education/Certifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or communications
  • Master's degree in marketing, advertising, or communications, preferred
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
  • Professional chartered marketer (CIM) is a plus
  • Experience with digital and print marketing

Experience:

  • 10+ years' experience

Knowledge/Skills/Attributes:

  • Knowledge of the payments sector and Bahrain / regional market
  • Up to speed with current and online marketing techniques and best practices
  • Strong leadership and managerial skills for performance management, mentoring/coaching, talent development.
  • Excellent influencing and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to effectively manage conflict and other challenging situations
  • Strong collaboration and partnering skills
