  • Oversee and manage the project's financials, including budgeting, cost forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Prepare detailed bills of quantities, cost estimates, and material take-offs based on project drawings and specifications.
  • Review and prepare contract documents, including tender submissions, variation orders, and claims.
  • Provide regular financial reports to stakeholders, including cost forecasts, cash flow analysis, and budget status updates.
