About the Role

The Club Operations Associate will be responsible for supporting and handling various administrative tasks, welcoming members and guests, receiving visitors, answering phones, and coordinating events hosted at the club.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Welcoming guests as they arrive at the club.
  2. Directing visitors to the correct person or office.
  3. Answering and screening incoming phone calls, forwarding as needed.
  4. Providing accurate information in person and via communication channels.
  5. Carrying out clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, etc.
  6. Collaborating with the membership team to process and maintain membership applications and database.
  7. Demonstrating technical skills in inventory control.
Requirements
  • A degree in a related field is desired.
  • Prior experience in a related field is required.
  • Strong English written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook is necessary.
