About the Role

This role requires a highly skilled Cyber Security Specialist to plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines. The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring resources, coordinating team members, and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects on time.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Integrated Cyber Security Solution Management: Develop and enhance an integrated cyber security solution to protect core infrastructure, networks, and applications.
  2. Network Design Testing: Conduct thorough testing of network design to ensure its integrity and security.
  3. User Support and Training: Provide training and technical support to users with varying levels of IP and cyber security knowledge.
  4. Vulnerability Discovery and Risk Assessment: Identify and mitigate potential and actual security risks in networks, software systems, and data.
  5. Information System Asset Protection: Safeguard information system assets by identifying and solving potential security concerns.
  6. IT and Security Project Management: Participate in procurement, installation, testing, and development of IT and security projects.
  7. Enterprise IT Security Policy Establishment: Develop and maintain the enterprise IT security policy.
  8. Operations Work Plan Development: Create an operations work plan to support all operations activities.
  9. Infrastructure and Security Proposal Evaluation: Evaluate infrastructure and security proposals and recommend required solutions that meet IP and security requirements.
  10. IP Network Growth and Resiliency Planning: Plan and manage the IP network growth and resiliency.
  11. CDN Infrastructure Implementation: Implement and manage CDN infrastructure.
  12. Polling and Peering Setup: Establish peering with other entities to reduce latency and improve traffic flow.
  13. Enterprise Requirements Support: Support the organization's Enterprise requirements with solutions, testing, and operations.
Skills and Qualifications
  1. Technical Experience: Possess solid network and security technical experience, maintaining expertise in all areas of network and computer hardware, software, routing, and switching.
  2. Communication Skills: Possess strong communication skills, effectively communicating through active listening, sharing relevant information, and interacting with others to establish fair and effective relationships.
  3. Customer Service: Identify customer requirements correctly, exceed customer expectations, and act proactively to ensure customer satisfaction.
  4. Teamwork and Cooperation: Ability to develop cooperation and teamwork while working toward solutions that generally benefit all parties.
  5. Emotional Intelligence: Capacity for recognizing one's feelings and those of others for motivating ourselves and managing emotions well in ourselves and in our relationships.
Education and Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, or any relevant field.

3 to 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the Telecom field.
