This is a high-impact position that requires a senior leader to elevate the performance of an existing organization and simplify its operating model.
The successful candidate will represent the local voice to regional leadership teams, own the full P&L, and work closely with C-level executives to:
- Shape an effective operating model across business verticals.
- Maximize synergies across teams, programs, and verticals, and build a culture of growth.
- Define quarterly objectives and priorities for the Bahrain team.
- Act as the key 'customer' for the Product and Technology organization, collaborating to set priorities and solve problems.
The successful candidate will have full ownership of the performance and P&L of Bahrain, including:
- Designing and executing the strategy and business plan for Bahrain.
- Preparing and negotiating annual budgets, ensuring EBITDA targets are met.
- Leading a large, diverse team across multiple programs and verticals.
- Overseeing day-to-day operations in key functions such as logistics, marketing, sales, performance, and partnerships.
- Identifying and analyzing opportunities for accelerated growth across various programs and verticals.
- Leveraging data to drive decision making.
- Launching transformational programs and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate should have:
