About This Role

This position requires a highly skilled individual to provide strategic advice to the President on key issues affecting the university.

Main Responsibilities
  • Ensure efficient administrative processes and compliance with regulations.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Oversee finance, human resources, IT, facilities, and purchasing departments.
  • Manage financial aspects, including budgeting, forecasting, and collection processes.
  • Ensure smooth operation of all facilities, including maintenance and upkeep.
  • Oversee all purchases, including materials, supplies, and technology software.
  • Manage staff salaries and benefits, adhering to government regulations and university policies.
  • Lead personnel operations, including recruitment, contracting, termination, training, and induction programs.

The successful candidate will oversee various departments and ensure seamless operational processes, developing and implementing strategic plans in collaboration with stakeholders.

The Strategic Advisor to the President will be responsible for ensuring efficient administrative processes and compliance with regulations, as well as managing financial aspects, including budgeting, forecasting, and collection processes.

In addition to overseeing finance, human resources, IT, facilities, and purchasing departments, the role will involve ensuring smooth operation of all facilities, including maintenance and upkeep, and managing staff salaries and benefits.

The ideal candidate will have experience in leading personnel operations, including recruitment, contracting, termination, training, and induction programs, and will be able to develop and implement strategic plans in collaboration with stakeholders.
