About the Role:
The RESO Group seeks to recruit a skilled professional for the position of Manager in the Transaction Monitoring Unit Department within our Group Operations based in Bahrain.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Analyze and process transactions, client KYC and account activity within the Transaction Monitoring Unit.
2. Act as a Subject Matter Expert for both Sanctions and AML activities within Group Operations.
3. Assist the Head of Department in developing, maintaining and implementing operating procedures based upon Group Policy and Standards.
4. Supervise team members ensuring the highest levels of Quality and Service at all times.
5. Deputize for the Head of Department from time to time and build relationships with stakeholders across the Group both inside and outside of Bahrain.
Reporting Structure:
