Business Development Expert

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Associate to join our team at Etijah Coaching & Consulting.
As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and explore new markets
- Analyze client needs to identify key decision-makers
- Initiate contact with clients to build relationships and schedule meetings
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand visibility
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences
- Create engaging content for social media and other channels
- Engage with clients on product developments and provide updates
- Create quotes, proposals, and handle negotiations through various communication channels
- Achieve sales targets and pursue partnership opportunities
- Built and maintain relationships with partners and stakeholders
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Education:
- University degree in Business or a related field
- Experience:
- At least 1 year proven experience in a business development role
- Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic
- Familiarity with CRM software
- Focused and goal-oriented
- Culture:
- A flexible working environment with a mix of remote and in-office work
- 4.5 day work week
