Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop effective technical solutions.
  • Perform minor changes and enhancements in J2 EE applications and Oracle PL/SQL code, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Write and optimize SQL queries, PL/SQL scripts, stored procedures, and database functions.
  • Assist in backlog refinement, prioritization, and planning by working closely with developers and business analysts.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to both data and application processes.
  • Develop expertise in the social security domain to better understand client needs.
  • Support software testing, validation, and documentation, ensuring smooth implementation of changes.
  • Facilitate technical discussions and stakeholder workshops to ensure alignment.
  • Manage scope changes and communicate updates effectively to stakeholders.
  • Provide regular reports on project progress and technical challenges.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • Master's degree or MBA would be considered a plus.
  • A minimum of 2+ years of experience in consulting, software engineering, or a similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with J2 EE development and Oracle PL/SQL, including minor code enhancements and debugging.
  • Ability to troubleshoot application and database issues and implement small changes effectively.
  • Experience in stakeholder management, with strong communication skills, with the ability to navigate complex business environments.
  • Proven experience in software development lifecycle.
  • Solid understanding of backlog prioritization and refinement within Agile frameworks.
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).

Work Model: This role requires candidates to work onsite for two weeks each month and then work remotely for the following three weeks.
