Job Title: Sales Director

Description

This role is responsible for leading the sales strategy and tactics to drive revenue growth, increase market share, and achieve business objectives.

The Sales Director will develop and execute comprehensive sales plans, identify new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

In addition, the Sales Director will provide leadership and coaching to the sales team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in their roles.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Sales Plans: Create and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and manage budgets and forecasts to ensure accurate financial planning and reporting.
  • Sales Team Leadership: Provide leadership, coaching, and development opportunities to the sales team to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
  • Client Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
Requirements
  • Sales Leadership Experience: Proven track record of success in sales leadership, including developing and executing sales plans, managing budgets and forecasts, and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving: Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Leadership and Coaching: Ability to provide leadership and coaching to the sales team, including developing and implementing training programs and providing ongoing feedback and support.
