Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing and quality assurance, with experience in developing and executing test plans, conducting performance testing, and analyzing results.

The SQA Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality in our software applications, identifying and reporting defects, and collaborating with development teams to resolve issues. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute test plans, including unit testing, integration testing, and system testing
  • Conduct performance testing, including load testing and stress testing
  • Analyze test results and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with development teams to resolve defects and improve software quality
  • Develop and maintain test scripts and automated testing tools

Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance
  • Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and best practices
  • Experience with performance testing tools, such as JMeter and LoadRunner
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Masters degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Knowledge of Agile development methodologies
  • Experience with object-oriented programming languages, such as Java and Python
